-Her: Hi. I need to watch a movie.

-Me: Okay. What movie do you need?

-Her: Um...I can't remember the name of it.

-Me: Okay. What language is it in?

-Her: Italian. It's for (professor's name). Can you tell me what all movies (professor) wants us to watch?

-Me: We don't keep your syllabi on file.

-Her: It's not on our syllabus.

-Me: We also don't keep a record of the homework assignments for every professor in the department. Did you want to check the list to see if you could find a different movie if you can't remember the first one's name?

-Her: No. (leaves)





Sometimes this stuff just kills me.
